This is your reminder that quality is better than quantity! 🙌🏾

This quote jumped out to me recently in regards to the Technique Program I am currently running (now 1 on 1 😅) - teaching that quality movement will get you far further than poor movement with heavy load ever will.

Training is not all about what your next PB is, but how sustainable you will be in years to come!

Maybe it’s time to rethink/confirm your shorter term goals to make sure they are going to be sustainable in the long term and send you in the right direction 🥰

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff 🤤

I’ve been keeping dinners super simple this winter, planning many slow cooker based meals! It’s just so convenient 👏🏾

Here’s another goodie to try!
Save this for later 📌🥰

Ingredients:
500g Lean Diced Beef
2 cups Salt Reduced Beef Stock
500g Sliced Mushrooms
2 x All Natural Stroganoff Recipe Base
250g Light Sour Cream
Vegetables of Choice

3 Simple Steps 🙌🏾:
1. Place beef & beef stock in slow cooked and leave for 6 hours.
2. Add remaining ingredients and leave for another 2-3 hours.
3. Serve with rice or pasta & enjoy! 🥰
