My first Executive Chef job in Dublin back in 1997 was My mum handed me a box on the weekend it was a box of mementos and it has opened up a rabbit hole of memories for me and my chef / life journey
How is it that long ago seems like yesterday.
The Isiah publicans let me go rogue with the menu , we opened a fresh shucking oyster bar , the first of a kind in Dublins Temple bar.They sent me to London for a week to gain more experience it was so much fun and for a 22 year old chef from Australia it was mind blowing.Dear Dublin town , you could be my next visit 🇮🇪
