How are you supporting your immune system? 💊
With numbers on the rise, viruses, colds and flus are something we simply have to live with, so let’s be prepared and support our immune systems as best as we can!
Our current ‘go to’ stack is:
- NAC
(Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, which supports respiratory health an detoxification)
- ZINC
(Supports general wellness, plays a key role in immune function, and is an essential micronutrient)
- VITAMIN C
(Impressive immune function, supports liver detoxification and collagen, vitamin C is a vitamin the body cannot produce, so must be consumed from diet or supplementation)
- VITAMIN D
(Promotes cardiovascular health and immune function, you may be deficient if you: rarely go outside, have limited sun exposure, regularly wear SPF greater than 8, over 50 years of age, have chronic health conditions or are obese)
- ANTIOXIDANTS
(Time to increase these in your diet, hello berries! Blueberries, strawberries, goji berries, raspberries, and your dark coloured vegetables; beetroot, kale, spinach, red cabbage. Protect your body from potential, harmful free radicals)
There are many other beneficial supps on the market, which help support your immune system that will last you a good 2 - 3 months, which we believe are totally worth the investment.
