Big shout out to the super instructors and staff at Campbelltown Leisure and Fitness Centres for the wholesome workout and yummy feed on Saturday.

I would like to acknowledge and thank my fitness instructors: Tanya for believing in my ability and pushing me to the limits, your patience with me is legendary, as often I don't quite follow your instructions😀.
And Chris, another legend who believes in me and supports my fitness journey.
I truly appreciate you both!

Have you ever seen a magpie carrying a clothes hanger?

I have just witnessed this magpie carrying a white clothes hanger across the street. One of our neighbors is missing a clothes hanger.

Sometimes we wonder why items like these lying on our lawn 😂 Now I know
