It asks you to look deeper than your identity.
It asks you to feel more than your story.
It asks you to soften where you’ve built a fortresses.

It is the death of who you thought you were, so that you can become who were truly meant to be.

When the observing self becomes strong enough to hold our shadow without collapsing into it.

In-person hypnotherapy for those quietly struggling financially – and those ready to rise.

If you’ve been battling anxiety, stress, emotional burnout, or the weight of old patterns — but full-priced therapy feels out of reach — this is for you.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist with training and education in many different fields including Breathwork, Energetic Medicine and Functional Nutrition offering in-person sessions on the Northern Beaches with tiered pricing based on your current financial reality.
This isn’t about worth — it’s about meeting you where you are.

Session Tiers:

🌱 Supported Community Rate — $70 (1 hour)
A gently priced space for those in genuine financial hardship. A space to breathe, calm an irritated nervous system, process emotions and find direction. Limited places available weekly.

🪴 Second Tier Rate — $150 (1 hour)
For those still struggling financially but are able to invest a little more in their healing without as much strain. Clinical hypnotherapy + psychotherapy + breathwork + energetic medicine + strategic insight to shift stuck patterns, gently but powerfully.

🪷 Standard Pricing -
Deep Healing Session — $300 (90 mins)
For those who are willing and able to make the full financial commitment and are ready to go deeper. Includes psychotherapy, hypnosis, Breathwork, energetic therapy and nervous system support. For those seeking lasting change over 1.5 hours.

🪷 10 sessions – $1200

Packages are for those who are truly ready to do the work consistently — not just dip in once and hope for magic.

Insanely proud of one of my nearest and dearest friends founder of who is going to be competing in The Sri Chinmoy 24 hour Marathon in Canberra tomorrow for the AUTRA National Championships. This incredible human being, who I am more than honoured to call my dear friend, is one of the best in the country at ultra marathons. His passion, drive and motivation for running and competing in marathons as well as training professional marathon runners is something I find incredibly inspirational. Every second spent with this person is an inspiration as his passion for running extends to his passion for life and the people he loves and we are so proud of him and are cheering him on every second of the way!!

Go Joe!!!! You got this!! 🏆

I think many of us have forgotten how important it is to find peace and solice in nature. We belong amongst the trees, in the ocean, on the sand, on rivers, lakes, in rugged bush land with sun on our faces, wind through our hair and dirt between our toes. You may have forgotten consciously but your body, your biochemistry, your every living breathing cell, your subconscious mind and your spirit has not. This is where you truly feel at home on a visceral level. It’s where you came from. Your senses will remember, the distractions will disappear, your nervous system will calm and the stress you feel surrounded by concrete, steel, crowds of people, air pollution, noise pollution, electrical interference, work loads, deadlines, computers and devices will simply drift away as you come back to the state you are always meant to be in. Your true nature. Give yourself the chance to reset 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🌱
