Some fun scenes from our last Kids Session! Our next one is coming up soon:

Drop off your kids and get some downtime during the school holidays! 😶‍🌫️

This months kids session will be facilitated by our owner Suzy, she will have some fun activities planned for the kids to allow them to blow off steam, then bring them into their Centre by teaching them some basic breathing/meditation and grounding techniques.

The intention is to equip and empower kids with tools to help them regulate their nervous system and emotions.

An Interactive Session for Primary School kids aged 5-12yrs old. 🌺 🤸🏻

To Begin the session, play based techniques will be used to help kids decompress and regulate their nervous system. This will be followed by a guided visualisation meditation to promote relaxation and stimulate their imagination. This will be accompanied by an individual energy healing for each child. This session will take place in our beautiful 12-Unit EESystem Immersion Room.

Each child will receive the added value of the regenerative and restorative effects of the Scalar Wave. Facilitated by Loren Miller, Nurse, Kinesiologist and Ex-Primary School Teacher. Loren comes with full Working With Children Checks. ✅

🌈 Clearing The Auric Layers Class🌈

In this exciting immersion, you will be given education on the aura and its various layers. You will be guided to a deep place of relaxation. Visualisation techniques will be used to facilitate your journey through clearing the auric layers. This will be aided by your very own individual Reiki healing. You will leave feeling relaxed, lighter, grounded and renewed.

Held in our 12-Unit Immersion room, facilitated by Loren Miller, Kinesiologist, Intuitive Healer.
