So true! I use to think of it as "a culture thing" and sure if you want to put on traditional clothes, that's awesome to be closer to your roots.
But let's look at where it came from.. the idea that women need to look after men who can't control their own urgers.. like animals
Cover yourself so you don't tempt. How about you become in control of yourself so that you don't pose a threat to the society? So that you don't promote r**e culture?
Everyone deserves love and respect, no matter what they want to wear. If this triggers you.. maybe ask yourself what is the emotion behind it? Your own insecurities? Internalised shame? Fear?

Dance has always been more than movement.

Across cultures, it’s been a way to tell stories, to express identity, to show what a community feels without needing words. Every rhythm, every gesture, every style carries emotion, history, and meaning.

And that hasn’t changed.

From a mental health perspective, dance is one of the most natural ways to process emotions. The body holds what the mind can’t always explain. When we move, we give those emotions a way out.

Different music opens different doors.

Angry music can help release anger — because it validates it.
Sad music allows grief to move — because it meets you there.
Soft, calm music can bring safety and grounding.
Energetic music can reconnect you to joy and vitality.

When you let your body respond freely, you’re not just dancing — you’re processing, regulating, and expressing.

Movement becomes a language.

You don’t have to do it perfectly.
You just have to let yourself feel and move.

If you want to explore emotional release, movement, and mind-body connection in a guided way, you can join my sessions or explore my work through the link in my bio 🤍

Inner work is not what most people think it is.

We imagine it like this calm, aesthetic journey.
Journaling with candles.
Self-care days.
Peace, clarity, soft music, and healing that feels light and beautiful.

And yes… sometimes it is that.

But the reality?

It’s sitting with parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.
Looking directly at your fears, your patterns, your trauma.
Feeling emotions you don’t want to feel.
Crying, questioning, getting messy.

It’s uncomfortable.
It’s confronting.
And it doesn’t always look “healed.”

Real inner work isn’t always pretty.
But it’s honest.

And that honesty is what actually creates change.

The version of you you’re becoming isn’t built in the easy moments.
It’s built in the ones where you stay, feel, and face what’s there instead of escaping it.

If you’re ready to go deeper than surface-level self-care and actually work through your patterns, you can explore my courses or book a session through the link in my bio 🤍

Holding a high-quality, aligned partner isn’t just practical — it’s energetic.

It’s not about finding them.
It’s about being able to *hold* them when they arrive.

And that comes down to one key shift:
**wanting, not needing.**

When you need someone, there’s pressure.
Attachment. Fear of losing them.
You start bending your boundaries, overgiving, or holding on too tightly.

When you want someone, there’s space.
Choice. Stability.
You meet them as an equal — not as someone who completes you.

That’s what allows a relationship to actually grow.

To hold a magnificent partner, you need:
• Emotional regulation — so you don’t collapse in conflict
• Self-worth — so you don’t tolerate less than you deserve
• A full life — so they add to you, not become your everything
• The ability to feel deeply without losing yourself

That’s energetic capacity.

You don’t build it overnight.
You build it through inner work, through choosing yourself, and through learning how to stay grounded in connection.

If you want to work on your relationship patterns and build the capacity to hold a healthy, aligned partner, explore my courses or book a session through the link in my bio 🤍

You’re not inconsistent…
You’re cyclical.
Train and live with your cycle

Your energy isn’t meant to feel the same every day.
Your body moves through phases — each one with its own rhythm, needs, and power.

But most women were never taught how to work with their body…
So we push, override, and disconnect.

And over time, that creates:
burnout, disconnection, and nervous system dysregulation.

Cycle syncing is how you come back home to yourself 🤍

When you start to:
slow down when your body needs rest
move when your energy rises
connect when you feel open
and soften when you need space…

Everything begins to shift.

You feel:
✨ more regulated
✨ more confident
✨ more in tune with your body
✨ more like yourself again

This is exactly the work we do inside Feminine Power Reset —
a space to reconnect with your body, build strength, and restore balance in a supportive community of women.

If you’re ready to feel more connected, calm, and powerful in your body…
this is your invitation 💗

Finding a relationship isn’t just luck — it’s a process.

Most people move through these levels, whether they realise it or not:

**1. Exploring**
Meeting people, feeling chemistry, trying things out.
It’s exciting, but often driven by attraction, curiosity, and what feels good in the moment.

**2. Getting hurt & doing the inner work**
This is where things get real. Patterns show up.
You feel disappointment, confusion, maybe heartbreak.
But this is also where you start understanding yourself — your needs, your wounds, your boundaries.
This is the phase that changes everything *if you stay with it*.

**3. Choosing based on values ✨**
Now you’re not just choosing based on feelings.
You’re choosing based on alignment.
Shared values, emotional maturity, consistency.
It feels calmer, clearer, and much more stable.

Most people want to skip the second stage.
But that’s the one that leads you to the right relationship.

If you want support navigating dating, healing patterns, and building conscious relationships, you can explore my courses or book a session through the link in my bio 🤍

This weekend at the **Mind Body Spirit Festival** was big for me.

Not just as an event — but as a step.

It was long, intense, and honestly… tiring. Holding space, speaking to so many people, sharing my work, staying present the whole time. But at the same time, it was so worth it.

So many new connections.
New friendships.
New opportunities opening up.
And so many conversations that reminded me why I do what I do.

Putting yourself out there like this takes courage.
You don’t always feel ready.
You don’t always feel “on.”
But you show up anyway.

And that’s where things start to move.

This weekend expanded me — as a person and in my business. And I’m really grateful for everyone who came, connected, supported, or simply stopped by 🤍

If you met me there or want to work together, everything is in my bio.

Opening your heart isn’t just emotional — it’s physical too.

When we close off emotionally, the body follows.
Shoulders round forward. Chest tightens. Breath becomes shallow.
It’s a protective pattern.

And when we start opening again, the body has to relearn that it’s safe.

That’s why practices like **shoulder openers, backbends, and posture work** in yoga are so powerful.
They don’t just “fix posture” — they gently open the chest, expand the breath, and signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to soften.

As the body opens, emotions often follow.
You might feel more.
Breathe deeper.
Become more present.

Physical openness supports emotional openness.
And emotional safety allows the body to stay open.

It goes both ways.

If you want to work on posture, emotional release, and mind-body connection, join my yoga classes or book a session through the link in my bio 🤍

My time at the **Mind Body Spirit Festival** has been so full and so rewarding.

Over these days I’ve been offering energy healing sessions, meeting so many beautiful people, and sharing different parts of my work — my books, my natural cosmetics, and my art.

What I love most about spaces like this is the connection. Real conversations, people opening up, trying something new, being curious about their healing and growth.

Some came for a session, some for a product, some just to chat — but every interaction felt meaningful.

It reminded me how important it is to bring all parts of what we do into the world. Not just one role, but the full expression.

Thank you to everyone who came, supported, shared, and trusted me 🤍

If you missed me at the festival and want to work together, you can book a session or explore my offerings through the link in my bio.
