Aaaand they’re here! 😍

We welcomed our very first GP Registrars today at Covenant, which is huge for us, as patients (that’s you!), will be able to see more doctors at more times, meaning minimal waits to see your faves.

Our Registrars, Dr Alex and Dr Keshani are also our first female GP Registrars to join the practice, who will also be offering Bulk Billed booked Standard GP Appointments, until further notice.

We know some of you have seen our wonderful new doctors today, and we’re excited for everyone to meet them during their rotation with us!

You asked and we listened!—We’re excited to finally introduce Dr Keshani Weragama to Covenant Medical Hub 👋🩺

Here’s why we’re so happy to have her with us, as one of our new, but growing, team of female doctors:

-She's passionate about supporting patients through every stage of life
-Holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney
-Currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Child Health
-Her clinical experience includes rotations in paediatrics, geriatrics, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, and general surgery (and many more!)

Dr Keshani's compassionate communication, and dignity in care through complex health journeys, will make her a fantastic candidate when choosing your next long-term doctor—we can't wait for you to meet her.
