A health coach is like having a personal trainer - except with me, for your nutrition, lifestyle and your mental well-being. 💪🏼
Most of us are deep in the rat race, the doing, the abyss of life’s ‘things we just gotta do’ and what seems to be for some, at the cost of their health, either physically, mentally or even both.
What I notice the most that further exacerbates symptoms:
❗️Knowing what ‘healthy’ foods or choices are but because of their busy lifestyles and schedules, they grab what is easiest and fastest.
❗️Doing things at the sacrifice or expense of themselves.
❗️Often partaking in lifestyle choices that may be causing themselves further damage because it is the ‘social norm’.
❗️Either unaware of stress levels or the stress has been prolonged that it has become the ‘norm’.
❗️Burying of emotions, or brush things under the rug and have past traumas that are left unhealed and unchecked.
❗️Trying to make lifestyle changes, it starts off strong, but doesn’t stick when life’s stressors pop up.

Most of us know what is textbook ‘good for us’ but everyone is bio-individual and what is ‘healthy’ for one person may cause a reaction for others. I’ll help you hone in on your intuition when it comes to eating the right food for 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 body.
The work that we will do together is to help transform your lifestyle habits and make them stick, but also help to challenge your current mindset on health as a whole where ‘health’ is not just what is on your plate but just as importantly what is off your plate.
Ultimately I’m here by your side, to help you feel empowered to take charge of your health and what makes you, you.
