Today is World Autism day

For some families…this isn’t just a day, its their everyday life.

It's learning a different way to communicate
a different way to understand and a different way to see the world 🌎

Its advocating when people don’t get it, protecting when others judge and celebrating things most people overlook.

Nope just a great day, for a great cause.

National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Bar Gym is hosting a fund-raising day on the 26th April where you can compete, sponsor, donate or just cheer on the competitors and help reach their $4000 goal.

Iris Care made a proud $500 donation to this great cause and encourage anyone that can to donate, sponsor or attend ❤️

One of our wonderful staff members is retiring....

Luckily not from Iris Care but from Foster Care 💛

You see our wonderful Jill (and her family) have been fostering children for almost three decades.

Yes... for nearly three decades they have selflessly dedicated themselves to not only fostering children but with a special focus on the children with disabilities, the children with challenging behaviours and the children that fell through the cracks of the system.

So this post is a shout out to Jill and her family for their incredible dedication.

Our staff are the ties that bind this company and with staff as selfless and experienced as Jill we are incredibly lucky that she is one of those ties 🎀
