From Friday 24th April, I’ll be treating from our wonderful friends’ rooms at on Clovelly Rd, 7am-4pm.

We’re expanding our services for those wanting to include integrative Chinese medicine and acupuncture as part of their shared-care team. New patients are welcome and books are open.

I finally picked up my testamur on Friday and officially graduated with my Master of Women’s Health Medicine with Excellence from UNSW.

This milestone has been such an important step in deepening my knowledge and skills, allowing me to bring an even more integrated approach to women’s health in my practice. I’m grateful to draw from both Eastern and Western perspectives and to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide care that is truly individualised.

Farewell Paddington ~

I will be working my final day in Paddington this coming Friday the 28th.

We have had a wonderful few years behind the pink door on William St. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to treat and meet so many lovely people from the Eastern Suburbs community.

I will be still working out of our Burraneer clinic from Tuesday through to Saturday.

Looking forward to the exciting new adventures for our team 🤍

Happy Lunar New Year! In 2023 we enter the Year of the Water Rabbit. 🐇

We leave behind the fierce, straightforward energy of the Water Tiger, as the Rabbit calls onto us to bestow upon ourselves what we are looking for.

Concentrate on tuning into your gut and emotions - the universe is ushering us officially into our self-care eras.

Everything we are working on and desire is in us, as long as we approach it with kindness, sensibility, cunningness and ambition (C Zhang).

~ 2022 ~

What a year! Today is my final day in clinic for 2022.

To reflect on what we have achieved this year and who we have supported fills my heart!

I to am very proud of the practitioner I am evolving into and how much I continue to learn everyday. I completed my first trimester of my Masters degree which has only provided me more knowledge to continue to give to my patients.

So grateful to be able to support people day to day, and to work alongside an incredible team.

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to all my patients, and the extended Dao communities including all the allied health practitioners, GPS, & specialists we have worked closely with.

This is an important question to be considering when choosing the type of exercise you are doing this week. Are you coming up to a bleed? Or are you moving through your follicular phase where energy is at a high?
