You’re recovering.

Rest isn’t passive: it’s when healing actually happens.

💡 Turn screens off 30 minutes before bed: blue light keeps your brain alert.
🍽️ Eat your last meal a few hours before bed (and skip that 4 pm coffee).
🕯️ Dim the lights, cool the room, and get comfy: your body sleeps best when it feels safe.
⏰ Try going to bed and waking up at the same time each day.
🛏️ And yes, the right pillow makes a real difference.
