My wrist injury and subsequent tennis elbow 🙄 has been healing very well due to lots of physio and mindful care 🙏

Come join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute experience designed to melt away stress, restore, and energetically realign.

You'll be guided through a mindful yoga flow by me—yoga instructor and mindfulness coach—to relax the entire body and soothe the nervous system for a restorative rest.

During savasana, you’ll be held in the blissful resonance of crystal singing bowls and various healing instruments, offered by Stephanie of Art Angel Alchemy.

This is an intimate gathering located at the local Max Webber Function Centre.

Spaces are limited to maintain a serene atmosphere.

What is Sunset Yoga?

It's a 45 minute Hatha yoga class that incorporates slow holds, mindful breathing, and full relaxation with guided mediation.

Whether you want to improve your mobility, flexibility, or simply take time to do something for your wellness - this class is for you! All levels are welcome.

⬇️ Reminder ⬇️

Don't 🙅‍♀️ forget to support yourself as you grow.

Compassion for oneself is easily one of the top keys in stress management & is overlooked on the quest to accomplish goals and 'become a better person'.

The inner critic tends to get loud at that point and the ego gets bruised which can leave you feeling defeated, unmotivated, you name it.

But compassion overrides the judgmental and criticizing voice because it casts a light on the fears behind it.

What could hide then?

Your shadows (the manifestions of your fears) are wrapped in a warm embrace and accepted.

What could fear then?

Important distinction -

Compassion is different from complacency.

Compassion is an act of love.

It is an act to 'relieve suffering together' so when you're feeling s**t, lethargic, stressed..
take 👏 the 👏 time 👏 to do something healing for yourself to relieve that.

Then, schedule it in regularly

That could look like..

Yoga or simple stretches
A walk and a few rounds of deep breathing.
Meditate on your inner child and journal what comes up.
Free write your thoughts for 5 minutes, no pauses or editing.
Pick your own adventure 🪅

EEEKKK!!

I am beyond excited to host my first ~community~ yoga class.

This is so close to my heart and has been something I’ve been dreaming about doing for a while now.

Behind all the Instagram things and my business as a whole, community is truly at the HEART of everything I do.

Without it, teaching yoga and sharing all the things holistic health & wellness would be pretty..well..boring 🤣

The work behind the scenes to blend teaching yoga & creating online programs has been something I’ve been learning very intimately and now is the time, I truly believe for all of us, to step out into action and watch the magic of togetherness unfold.

How to deal with a loud inner critic 👇🏼

First, it’s important to understand that what you think creates a feeling

What you feel determines your experience

So if you want the best summer possible, you need to also think the best possible thoughts!

Everything is subjective to the mind’s perspective - thoughts, beliefs, + conditioning

But this doesn’t mean you have to stop negative thoughts that come up - that’s virtually impossible

I’m not putting you up to the mental equivalent of climbing Mt. Everest so take a big sigh of relief 😮‍💨

What I am recommending is that you begin to challenge every negative thought you notice with a positive one.

This not only helps you become more aware of when you’re thinking negatively and exactly what kind of phrases you tell yourself, it also creates more positive experiences from the inside out.

Be mindful to not judge, shame, or criticize any thought…simply follow it up with a positive thought and move on.

So relax, trust the process and share this with a friend who could use this reminder 🤍
