The beautiful vine on my back fence looks like it’s lost all its life in Winter. It could be mistaken for being completely dead. I never really liked it much after Autumn. When you look closer though there’s strong signs of life, firmly holding steady, awaiting the new growth of Spring. I’ve grown to love it all year ‘round even the colourless form & ragged texture of Winter.
