💫 Life update from behind the veil (of wedding tulle, airports, and unexpected health checkups!)

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind…
💍 My son got married to his soulmate (and yes, there were happy tears).
🚑 My husband was hit by a car the day before we flew to Melbourne for the wedding (he’s healing, thank goodness).
🌍 My middle son flew back to Berlin to live.
🩺 I’ve had what may have been a mini-stroke and have been undergoing tests while gently restoring my energy.
✈️ And my daughter is preparing to move to Germany too.

It’s been a sacred storm of joy, worry, change, and soul-searching.

I’ve been quiet online — not because I’ve disappeared, but because I’ve needed time to rest, reflect, and just… be.

I am a very private person and I don't normally share my personal life and challenges online, I just didn't want you to think I have abandoned my sacred and precious work with you and those in spirit.

Thank you to those who’ve held me in your thoughts.
I’m still here, still holding the light — just a little more slowly, with deeper breath and gratitude.

I’ll be sharing more about my workshop on June 4th, and if you feel called to join, I’d love to hold space with you.

I was playing out in my garden today when I felt the pull to visit the amazing gumtree in my backyard.
She asked me to look up and focus on the expanse of the sky and to release all stress and to allow her knowledge and energy to flow within me.
She reminded me that she was living on the current block of land that I live on well over 50 years. I live in Dharawal country.
I have lived at my current address for over 33 years and she was a very tall tree then.
She wanted me take a picture of her from below. As you can see she has knots in her trunk and bark peeling off. She wanted me to remind me that she is like a snake and sheds her skin when she loses her bark and branches and she re-energises and shares her knowledge and strength to those who will listen.
I have spent many hours with this glorious lady, I love her energy. I worry about her in the southerly winds and storms we commonly get during the year. She has lost many branches, but she still stands tall. She does make a huge mess after a storm, but I now realise this is her way of re-energising and shedding her skin.
She is the home to an immense amount of birds that visit our garden. We have families of Magpies, Rainbow Lorikeets, Kookaburras, Cockatoos, King Parrots, Corellas, Scaly Lorikeets, Currawongs, Fruit Bats, Ring Tail Possums, Cranes, Bin Chickens and the resident Owl, just to name a few.
I feel so blessed and rejuvenated to have connected with her today. I love her magic and knowledge and I wonder how many people she shared it with before I moved to my current location.
Nature carries so much knowledge that we take for granted. Why not take the time out to go and connect to a tree and connect with natures source energy. You might just be surprised by the messages you receive.

The solstice reminds us that just as the Earth cycles through seasons, so too do we. Embrace the light within you and let it shine brightly for others to see. Together, may we create a world full of love, kindness, and shared prosperity.

Together with my gorgeous daughter Shannon we did our own ceremony of release, renewal and regeneration. The energy was amazing and we feel so blessed to have connected to the higher beings on such a special day.

May the energy of this sacred day uplift you, ignite your passions, and guide you into a season of fulfillment and harmony. 🌿✨
