(Slow & Relaxing)
"Yin" style, slow, on the floor, focus on stretching and developing stillness. Targets the joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia by applying a gentle and sustained stress. Great to release mental stress and prepare you for a good sleep.

(Active and Challenging)
An active and challenging session to build strength and flexibility, using breath and movement to calm down the nervous system.
