"Yin" style, slow, on the floor, focus on stretching and developing stillness. Targets the joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia by applying a gentle and sustained stress. Great to release mental stress and prepare you for a good sleep.

(Active and Challenging)
An active and challenging session to build strength and flexibility, using breath and movement to calm down the nervous system.

☯️Release tightness and tension and improve your ease of movement with Yin Yoga gentle stretches

Enjoy blissful 90 minutes to soothe your mind and body 🙌 I will guide you through a Yin Yoga sequence, to develop mobility, increase range of motion and strengthen tissues, ligaments and joints. Postures are held on the floor, allowing further RELAXATION and STILLNESS 🧘‍♀️

Our Guest, Tida Happy Yogi , will enhance the experience with pure and magical sounds of Tibetan bowls, handpan and other instruments, supporting the body's immersion into a BLISSFUL state of deep awareness and RESTORATION.

NEW NEWS! SAVE THE DATE! 📅
APRIL 16TH! 🍕🍷

To celebrate the start of the new term, we’re beginning with something special: a community pizza night on THURSDAY APRIL 16TH . The intention is simply to have a relaxed evening for us to connect, have a little chat off the mat and start the term with warmth and good company.

This event is free for all regular students booked into TERM 2 (drinks available for purchase or BYO).

If you’re not enrolled in the term but would love to join us, you’re warmly welcome — the evening will be donation‑based.

Location will be either Forestville or Killarney Heights and time planned to be 6:30pm. Exact information will be sent once I have enough RSVPs.

⚠️ If you would like to attend, please confirm your attendance by email by April 6th at the latest.

I am looking forward to sharing this evening with you and to continue practising together in 2026.

This is our Thursday's reset ritual 🤗

✨️STRETCH & RESTORE - NEW TERM STARTS ON APRIL 23RD✨️

Why is YIN YOGA so good for us and specially as we get older? Here is why☝️

❓️WHY SHOULD WE EXERCISE THE JOINTS?

1️⃣ To avoid DEGENERATION, which is the result of long term immobilisation

2️⃣ To reduce CONTRACTURE, which is imperceptible but always happening as we age

3️⃣To avoid fixation of the joints or ATROPHY.

4️⃣To stimulate the production of Hyaluronic Acid, which HIDRATES the tissues making them more ELASTIC and MOBILE.

❓️HOW DO WE EXERCISE THE JOINTS IN YIN YOGA?

We do so through GENTLE POSTURES, HELD for a LONG PERIOD (3-5 min) with the muscles RELAXED to target the JOINTS and the deeper connective tissues.

It is safe and beneficial if we do so in a Yin like manner, SLOWLY, GENTLY, WITHOUT FORCING. Finding and respecting our EDGE while giving the body time to soften and to trust.

❓️What is the RESULT?
With regular practice, the tissues and joints will maintain or even regain the RANGE OF MOVEMENT they had lost.

❓️Is that it?
Surprisingly, that is not it! 😱 This is only what happens at a physical level. There is so much more that happens at a physiological and energetic level. So much more!
