Enjoy blissful 90 minutes to soothe your mind and body 🙌 I will guide you through a Yin Yoga sequence, to develop mobility, increase range of motion and strengthen tissues, ligaments and joints. Postures are held on the floor, allowing further relaxation and stillness.

Our Guest, Tida Happy Yogi , will enhance the experience with pure and magical sounds of Tibetan bowls, handpan and other instruments, supporting the body's immersion into a blissful state of deep awareness and restoration.

If you are feeling STIFFNESS in your JOINTS 🦾and want to improve your MOBILITY and flexibility or if you need a time and space to UNWIND🧘‍♀️ and REST your mind THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

This practice is also very beneficial for anyone with bone 🦴 deteriorations (always check with your doctor).

Each week we will focus on a specific target area of the body 👍

See below an example of a the sessions:

Week 1 - FULL BODY AND THE KEY PRINCIPLES FOR THIS PRACTICE - A session you don't want to miss!

Week 2 - HIP JOINT mobility, inner and outer thigh stretch.

Week 3 - SPINE MOBILITY, flexion, extension, rotation and side stretch.

Week 4 - SHOULDER MOBILITY, flexion, extension, internal and external rotation.

Week 5 - HAMSTRING and QUADS stretch.

Week 6 - UPPER BODY & CHEST openers. To reduce or prevent hunchback.

Week 7 - Full body sequence. Head to Toe.

HOW YOGA CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE?✨

We start the practice with an INTENTION. To do that we have to connect within, check within and notice what we WANT and what we NEED (It doesn't always match!)

We move the body with awareness, we PRACTICE being STILL🧘‍♀️, even when we want to move. We PRACTICE staying PRESENT🪔 WITH THE DISCOMFORT, LISTENING 👂, PAYING ATTENTION. We PRACTICE pushing when we see space for more, we practice NOTICING 👀 when it is too much, we find our EDGE. We discover when it is TOO MUCH 🥵, when it is NOT ENOUGH. We NOTICE when there is SPACE for more. We PRACTICE LISTENING TO OUR THOUGHTS, without ENGAGING in the chatter 🤡. Keeping our CENTER. WE FOCUS. And then we LET GO OF ANY INTENTION and ALLOW.

At the end of the session, we have all this TOOLS to take them and use them in OUR LIVES. We can take our INTENTION OFF THE MAT into everything we do and live ❤

An active and challenging session to build strength and flexibility, using breath and movement to calm down the nervous system.

Yoga isn’t the only way—or even the best way—to stretch the body. There are countless ways to do so.

But the true richness of yoga lies beyond the stretch. It offers physical principles we experience in the body—and then invites us to integrate those insights into how we live, think, and relate. Yoga unfolds a wisdom that goes deeper than muscles and movement. 💫

When we practice YOGA, we explore moving between opposites:
⚖️ movement and stillness
🔈 sound and silence
💪 challenge and surrender
🔁 active and passive

Yoga teaches us that all experiences belong. Through the body, we learn to embrace the unity that lies beneath duality. By softening our attachment to preferences—likes and dislikes—we begin to glimpse what some traditions call "The Good Way": A path toward peace and happiness🌼
