Angelique Tambakis | Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) 👋

Angelique believes in using exercise as medicine to help people feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. She works with clients managing chronic conditions and supports individuals through major health challenges, including cancer treatment and recovery.

With a special interest in exercise oncology and aged care, Angelique creates personalised exercise programs that are safe, effective, and realistic for everyday life. She understands that no two health journeys are the same and takes the time to tailor each program to individual goals, needs, and lifestyles.

Angelique combines evidence-based exercise prescription with behavioural coaching and health education, helping clients understand why exercise matters—not just what to do—so they can build confidence and maintain long-term healthy habits ❤️✨️

With experience across musculoskeletal rehab, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery, Harris takes the time to really understand what’s going on with your body. His focus is on finding the why behind your pain, not just treating the symptoms.

Using a mix of hands-on treatment and tailored exercise programs, Harris helps patients build strength, confidence, and long-term results. He also offers dry needling, sports taping, and cupping therapy.

Harris works with everyone—from weekend warriors to elite athletes—and believes great physio care should feel supportive, personalised, and empowering 💪
