Most people don’t fail at nutrition.
They follow advice that was never built for them.
Guidelines are designed for populations, not individuals.
They don’t account for digestion, stress load, hormonal health, or metabolic differences.
Take dairy, for example.
It’s recommended as a “healthy” food, yet for many people it triggers bloating, inflammation, skin issues, or gut symptoms.
That’s why doing everything “right” can still feel wrong.
The food pyramid can offer structure.
It can’t offer context.
And context is where health actually happens.
Use it as a reference.
Not a rulebook.
