Here’s how to make it:

1️⃣ Cook your potatoes or rice as usual (boil, bake, or steam).
2️⃣ Cool them in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
3️⃣ Enjoy them cold for the most benefits, or reheat slightly if you prefer a warm dish.

How to Prevent Parasitic Infections:

1. Maintain Hygiene: Keep your living area and body clean. Brush nails if in contact with soil and animals.

2. Avoid Animal Contact: Wash hands thoroughly after touching animals. Don’t sleep with pets or keep them indoors.

3. Sun Exposure: Expose clothes, sheets, towels, mattresses, and sofas to the sun for 6 hours to kill parasites. Iron clothes if needed.

4. Avoid Sharing: Don’t share towels, soaps, or washing machines.

5. Cook Food Properly: Boil or cook vegetables and herbs for at least 10 minutes to kill parasites.

6. Clean Water: Drink clean water or boil it for 10 minutes.

7. Travel Precautions: Avoid or deworm when traveling or moving.8. Healthy Diet: Eat well to avoid creating waste in the body and to nourish cells.

9. Seasonal Deworming: Deworm during seasonal changes.

10. Pre-Conception Deworming: Deworm before conception.

11. Household Deworming: Deworm everyone in the household, including pets.

12. Avoid Heavy Metals and Radiation: Limit exposure to heavy metals (in cookware, food, contaminated water, hygiene products) and radiation.

🌿 La Candida puede ser complicada de manejar debido a su capacidad para desarrollar resistencia a los tratamientos, lo que dificulta encontrar soluciones efectivas.

Lo entiendo de primera mano: he pasado 5 años lidiando con candidiasis crónica, probando con 9 médicos diferentes y terapias alternativas.
