Unfortunately… for fat loss, hard workouts just don’t have the effects we think they do ❌

When you can bust your butt for an hour, and then a slice of toast equals more calories than you burned…

Relying on exercise for results is a tough battle.

Here’s what to do instead:

✅ Learn how your metabolism works
✅ Implement simple changes throughout your day
✅ Enjoy real food and a fun lifestyle
✅ Keep the results

Simple as that.

A much better alternative than slaving away in the gym to see zero results.

P.s

I’m not saying the gym or exercise is bad (obviously it’s not)

The point I’m making is, exercise cannot be your solution for fat loss.

You can get a lot better results with a lot less effort if you know what you’re doing.

Unfortunately we don’t realise it until a health scare or something bad happens…

Often then it’s much harder to regain.

I’m very proud to have Doctors referring their patients to me.

Obviously looking great, loving who you see in the mirror and confidently wearing your favourite clothes is nice too 🤩 however, those things naturally happen when you focus on health first ✅

99% of the diet industry is B.S ❌

The only issue is…

After doing every fad diet under the sun, only to end up worse off… it stops a lot of people from doing the thing that works.

I don’t have a quick fix ❌ they don’t exist.

I do have a system that works ✅

Cristianne (and most of the ladies we work with) realise their weight impacts everything in their day to day lives.

❌ fatigue & frustrated
❌ low mood and feeling depressed
❌ not feeling comfortable in your own skin
❌ the constant overwhelm of conflicting information

Making everything harder.

Saying no to seeing friends…

Hiding from family photos…

Not wanting to look in the mirror…

Not wanting to be intimate.

Wasting money on quick fixes… stuck in that perpetual cycle.

This is all too common for women over 40.

There are more gimmicks, fads, quick fixes and inexperienced personal trainers than ever before…

Selling more and more ridiculous gimmicks & saying more outlandish statements ❌

It’s the Wild West online…

The old statement: “if it sounds too good to be true… it probably is…” has never been more true ✅

There are thousands of scams, fake gurus, and fad diets…

And only a handful of coaches/programs that actually work.

Before starting anything… ask yourself these questions 🤔

1. Is this sustainable?

2. Is this a healthy lifestyle I can see myself enjoying?

3. Do they have both qualifications/certifications AND experience with real life application?

4. Does this coach/professional have a proven track record helping people with the same problems as yourself?

If you answer ANY question with ‘NO’… then it’s more than likely not worth your time, money or energy.

Normally… any action is better than nothing…

However, when it comes to dieting, another quick fix or fad diet will only make things worse. 😡

I’m very proud of what I do, and it may not be a ‘quick fix’… but it’s certainly quicker than spending years on the dieting rollercoaster.

I can only post 10 at a time… but if you want to see plenty of transformation & stories from other women 40+ ⏩️
