Some days it feels like you're just jumping from one to another.

Try incorporating some ‘screen-free’ time into your day.

It can be hard working from home where the temptation to watch TV or scroll through social media during your breaks is there, but try leaving the screen alone during your breaks and getting outside for some fresh air instead.

Our director Belinda White spent two days at the P.E Nation office in Sydney completing workstation assessments for their team.

Workstation assessments involve assessing individual team members' posture, work practices, the workstation and work environment.

Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists then provide advice on how to reduce the identified risks by adjusting the workstation correctly and providing education on safe work postures, to promote a safe work environment.
