Here’s a little more about me 🧐

Counselling, to me, is about more than problem-solving. It’s about walking alongside you as you rediscover hope, build resilience, and find meaning in your story.

Outside the counselling room, I’m a bit of a home-body - I would enjoy watching a number of Netflix shows, listening to Japanese music, catching up with a friend for ☕️, 💪🏻, and playing 🏐. In all these outlets, I value the same things I encourage in my clients — balance, reflection, and connection. Whether it’s through time with loved ones, creative pursuits, or moments in nature, I believe that small, intentional practices can nurture lasting well-being.

Thankful for the opportunity to network & & join alongside Mental Health Professionals who are of the Asian Diaspora through Shapes and Sounds.

Often, mental health is not something which is discussed openly within the Asian Diaspora, but with the challenges of the last few years, it is gradually becoming less stigmatised to talk about. Looking forward to being able to support the local community in this way!
