This lovely patient visited us following a 32 kg weight reduction achieved through lifestyle change. Pre-operative assessment demonstrated a 40 mm re**us muscle separation and a para-umbilical hernia. The procedure involved re**us muscle plication and hernia repair to restore core integrity and improve abdominal contour while preserving proportions.
