Revision Septo-Rhinoplasty performed by Dr Mohaghegh to correct a severe septal deviation and restore both function and symmetry. Results shown at 4 months post-op.

This case required structural reconstruction using a rib cartilage allograft to achieve midline alignment and stable long-term support.

Front and base (worm’s-eye) views demonstrate improved nasal axis and correction of deviation while maintaining a natural contour.

The patient presented with nasal obstruction and external asymmetry, including a dorsal hump and alar irregularity.Subtle structural adjustments were made while maintaining natural harmony with the patient’s facial features.

At one year post-operation, improvements in both airway function and contour refinement are evident. A reminder that, at times, small changes can make a significant difference.

This patient presented a deviated septum and asymmetry of the nasal bridge. Surgical correction through preservation septorhinoplasty improved both the alignment of the nasal dorsum and the airway. The post-operative result demonstrates a straighter nasal contour and functional improvement in breathing.
