Upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) by Dr Mohaghegh, results shown at 6 weeks post-op.

This patient underwent the following procedures:
- Upper eyelid skin excision and medial fat removal
- Bilateral lacrimal gland ptosis suspension.
- Lower eyelid excess skin excision
- Transposition of orbital fat to correct the tear trough area to improve contour and volume loss.

The lacrimal gland ptosis on the patient’s left side (right side of image) has been corrected and is indicated in the second slide for reference.
