Brrr....It's cold ! ❄️🥶But that won't stop us from moving our bodies ! 😤
Here are some ways we can keep active during winter ⬇
1️⃣ Short 10-15min walk during the warmest part of the day (mid-morning to early afternoon)
2️⃣ Chair Yoga is great for those with limited mobility and prefers to stay indoors
3️⃣Tai Chi is offered indoors at some community centres
4️⃣ Swimming in indoor heated pools
5️⃣ Walking laps inside a shopping centre
