My 20s completely changed how I see fitness šø
I never struggled to eat, if anything, I struggled with feeling like I had to earn it
I trained harder when I went out or ate out more
I doubled up sessions to āmake up forā living my life
And I thought that was discipline
Fitness isnāt meant to be damage control
The biggest shift for me was realising that your body is so much smarter than you think, you can do a lot more than you realise & maintain where you are.
You wont take 10 steps back because you canāt make it to the gym today, i promise
For so long the little things feel like the biggest deal, but they are really just little things
And learning that is part of the process š¤
