I have a very rare opening in my in-person Lift with Emma program.

I am looking for someone who is committed to make change.

To build muscle and lose fat.
Personal training is an investment into yourself and into your long term health.

You get out of it what you put into it.

All PT sessions are strength based. You can be a beginner or advanced, I will start you from where you are.

We focus on building strength, muscle and fitness levels.

We will work on building out your Nutrition so you have the energy you need to get to your goal.
We will work on making sure it is balance and not restricted.

I will give you the accountability you need.
I will be your best friend for 12 weeks.

Here are some things you need to know

I am in Oyster Bay, Sutherland shire.
My gym is at my home, private and 121.
We work hard but we have fun
I don't do burpees, mountain climbers or bear crawls
November start and the program runs for 12 weeks (however there will be a 2 week break over Christmas) so 14 weeks
You can do 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week - price varies depending on the amount of sessions

It's not the right time to start something new.
How many times do we say this to ourselves?

This is exactly why it is the right time for you!

I am aware that my program, Peri-Strong in 6, starts during the school holiday's here in Australia.

But here's why you need to start during this time.

1. Constantly waiting to start is why you are not at your goal right now.
2. Starting something when it's not the perfect time is great. Why? Because there never will be a perfect time.
2. It will mean the next week will be even easier because the first week was harder.
3. It's rare to find 6 weeks in your year where you have no plans, we need to find methods to work around these
4. We need to live our lives - we don't aim for perfection in my program, the perfectionist mindset has been holding you back for years, we will break this.

I used to be there too. I was training hard, but my body just wasn't responding.

I was constantly sick, tired, and underperforming.

Anyone else over overwhelm?!!

I am right there with you!

Today I am having one of those days.

Don’t know where to start with my works list
My life admin list just grows
Social calendar dates are all becoming too much

Work is my main one

I have big goals and I’ve been focussing so much on the outcome

BUT I should be focussing on just doing the day to day actions

Doing that will get me the outcome if they are the right actions

Same with fat loss!
Your goal might be a big one and can seem impossible

It’s not! You CAN do it! I see it all the time!

Just take one day at a time
Focus on the day to day actions
Don’t focus on the big goal

You will get there

I spoke with a new client today about my 12 week 121 online coaching program.

She did not bat an eyelid when I told her the cost.

Not because she has loads of money - she doesn't. In fact this will be a huge stretch for her but that's what she needs. If its a big deal for her financially she will put all her effort into making it work.

Its not a cost to her it's an investment into her life and making it better.

She knows that if she addresses the changes she needs to make it will be the best money she ever spent on herself.

If you think you can't afford a coach I would question if you are looking at it from the right angle.

What value would it bring to your life if you did it?

Jen joined my free 10 day challenge back in April.

I noticed her straight away as she was really getting involved. I could tell she was keen to make some changes.

In the 2nd of the kickstart I offer a free call, Jen booked herself in and we had a chat.

She told me about her very busy life in terms of her work and her family, her history with yo-yo dieting over the years and how she was aware that she had to make changes or her health would be suffering. I also picked up that she had some very limited beliefs from past failed attempts of losing weight.

I was so happy when she signed up to my program in May.
I knew that I could help her.

Jen read every daily post, watched every weekly video, did every single weekly check in and asked questions.

She was very coachable. She took on all my advise.

The biggest hurdle was getting her to eat more after years of thinking she needs to eat 1200 calories.
Also - she didn't think she could do more than 2,000 steps a day because she had that limiting belief as she has a busy desk job

Jen is now part of Peri-Strong Forever which is the program after the 6 weeks.

Here are here achievements

She is down 13kg so far!!!!
She has gone from 2000 steps to 10-12k daily steps!
She has gone from starving whilst dieting to eating 1600-1900 calories per day
She is still including her wine and other things she loves

For the last year I've been writing a little diary.

I've named it Diary of a Peri-Girl.

First it was to monitor the changes I have been having with my period cycles and my body. Trying to make sense of them.

This has nothing to do with my business, it's more of a personal project. A blog.

I want to share it with others who are interested.
I love to learn and talk about peri and menopause and I would love to hear about others and there stories too.

Do you ever wonder what online coaching looks like?
Here is a look for you.

I manage it all through my app and a Facebook group.

I can see your Nutrition, how workouts, your activity, if you are doing the daily habits.

At the end of the week I look at this info, read your weekly check in and then offer some coaching to you to help.

We also have the Facebook community group, little challenges throughout and weekly focus info to prevent overwhelm.

I genuinely believe in my program

An update on Clare's progress

Clare came to me in July last year.

She had struggled with yo-yo dieting for as long as she can remember.
It wasn’t like she’d not tried to fix it. In fact, Clare had tried it all.

Trouble was, nothing she did worked.
See, the stuff she’d tried was all about removing and restricting things from her life.

So when Clare came to me and we were talking about how Peri-Strong in 6 can help her, she was understandably sceptical. Another diet!

Over the next 12 months, here’s what happened.

23kg weight loss
Blood pressure has returned to normal
She is doing 10,000 steps every day and walks for miles to the gym

I try to do everything myself

Sometimes I feel like getting help is cheating. This is stupid.

I paid out $850 this week because I needed help

It wasn't planned, I definitely couldn't afford it but oh m y god am I glad I did it.

I'll explain.

I have been trying to do my own book keeping and tax for 2 years, it's catching up with me and causing me stress and hours of work, I don't know what I am doing and I just hope for the best.

I finally took the plunge and hired someone and she helped me so much, I felt such relief and I happily paid the invoice. This was $400.

I have been struggling doing some bits to my website. I think I spent 10 hours last week literally pulling my hair out. I took the plunge and got some help. I happily paid the invoice.

My point?

Sometimes paying for something that helps save you time, stress and gets you to your end goal is worth the weight in goal.
