Ireland’s gain, is unfortunately our loss 🇮🇪

After over a year at True PT, it’s time to say goodbye to Tara. Self-proclaimed “indifferent to exercise”… yet somehow showing up consistently to PT, classes, and extra workouts every week 👀

Tara always worked hard, brought great energy, and kept everyone on their toes—especially when it came to Ryan’s questionable handwriting 😅
Big part of the studio and will be missed. All the best back home, Tara—keep it up 💪

📣 Shoutout to True PT Hero who completed her very first Triathlon last weekend. 🙌

Georgia challenged herself and stepped outdside of her comfort zone. Hitting goals and picking up many little victories along the way to completing the race. 🏅

Her PT and rest of the True PT community have been so impressed with her dedication to training.

We can't wait to see Georgia smash her future goals!

After 12 months of training with us, it’s time to say goodbye (for now) to the one and only 🇮🇪

Since joining True PT, Shona has been a familiar face in group classes, always bringing a smile, great energy, and lifting the whole room with her positivity. It’s been an absolute pleasure having her in the studio and watching her put in the work week after week alongside her coach

One of the highlights was seeing her take on her second HYROX in Melbourne last year with her brother — a huge effort and a great achievement 💪

Shona, thank you for being such a great part of the community over the past year. We’ll miss your energy around the studio, but we’re wishing you all the best as you head home.

Once part of the True PT crew, always part of the crew ❤️ We apologise got only ever taking pictures after training and never before 😂

Online Coaching Client Liam popped by to smash out a bench press PB of 9️⃣7️⃣.5️⃣kg. This was a 7️⃣.5️⃣kg increase from the last time he tested. Liam programme is managed around his busy study and judo training schedule and adapted by his coach Ryan to fit his specific needs.

🏆True PT 8 Week Body Transformation Challenge Winner: .byrne.7 🏆

Congratulations to Kirsty who showcased fantastic consistency and effort too her training and nutrition during her challenge.

Making time to track her nutrition, do extra resistance training sessions and up to 5 group classes a week as well as her weekly PT session with her trainer Ciara. Kirsty also managed to stay on point despite having a week away during the challenge

Check out Kirsty's amazing results below and she is showing no signs of slowing down as she prepares to participate in her first Hyrox in Melbourne!

Also shoutout to her trainer for guiding her through the challenge and her training.

➖️4.8kg weight loss
⬇️3.1kg fat mass
⬇️2.6 subcutaneous fat mass
⬇️2.4 Body fat %
➖️15cm2 visceral fat area
➖️3.7cm abdominal circumference
