The biggest mistakes I see in SIBO patients 👇
Patients often come to see me saying:
“I’ve done 1–2 rounds of antibiotics… but I still have symptoms.”

SIBO requires a step-by-step approach: remove bacteria overgrowth, repair the gut, rebalance with good bacteria and then, rebuild tolerance.
What actually leads to relapse:
• Reintroducing all foods too fast → symptoms come back
• Ignoring the gut lining repair phase → no strong barrier, no protection
• Skipping the rebalancing phase → killing bacteria without rebuilding (brining in the good bacteria)
• Staying low FODMAP forever → less diversity, weaker gut
• Not managing stress → your gut-brain axis drives motility and inflammation.
If you’re unsure what should be your next step , this is exactly what we map out inside the Gut Repair Program. 🤍
