FREE MORNING YOGA CLASS in RUSE
(Mondays & Thursdays / July 25th – Sep 28th)
Twice a week for 2 months. Open to ANYONE.
Suitable for ALL LEVELS.

Hi, this is Yuna, and I’m a yoga instructor from Korea.I’m planning to stay in this beautiful community of Ruse for next 2 more months until we go to India for another yoga journey. Until then, I would like to provide Korean-fused Yoga in the morning for the community.There will be Chi-enhancing, healing moves to heal and revitalize your body & mind, release tension, set positive vibe for the day ahead.

Days & Time: 9:00am / Mondays & Thursdays
Location: Worrell Park
Kindly remind:
- Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
- Come in any comfortable clothing.
- The place will be open air and grassland, we might not get nice shade all of the time. Be prepared to get your Vitamin-D dose of the day!

2) wants to find peace in their mind, and get quality sleep.
3) thought “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga.”
