We’re excited to share that our Allied Health Team Lead and Occupational Therapist, Jemma, is now Myo Munchee certified!

Did you know that chewing plays an essential role in healthy oral development? 🦷

The is a simple yet powerful tool that uses gentle chewing exercises to help strengthen the muscles of the face, lips and jaw, supporting optimal oral function, breathing and swallowing. With just 10 minutes of daily chewing, children and adults can improve oral tone, encourage correct tongue and lip posture, and promote nasal breathing.
