// Net worth // If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Self discipline means day in day out, wax on wax off. Self care is a radical committment, two feet in. My private sauna, recovery time is high priority after flying high. Jet lag is a circadian rhythm disruptor. Decades, many decades later I can see how my behaviour was immature. Emotional sobriety is harnessed and resilience developed by the contrast in life we experience. // Confidence without noise // Discretion is currency. Avoiding loud and aggressive people who are vexations to my spirit is my practice. Last week I was invited for a week in North Hollywood. When in LA do as they do. What exactly is their culture? Actors and rockstar culture. Relying on inner capital that’s compounded in my pockets assisted me to stay fluid. Business hat on, impeccable communicative and respectful. AI, Health to Wealth…Billionaires & Celebrities. The package was styled and curated with the flair that only a surprise can disrupt. The room evolved over time, 5 days. Atmosphere covering all extremes. Tailored to meet all my desires means I will do it again. Changing my mindset via these experiences is what changes my business for the better. Quality not quantity. Suiting up suits me. Scaling the rim of my bucket was worth everything I ever left behind. Love what you do. I create time to self soothe, research & dedicate myself to my craft. It’s a skill I practice daily. No tricks many treats. When you really care about someone else - it creates trust - trust means taking another’s best interest to heart. No I’m not soft - I’m solid - I’m capable of allowing another’s world to impact me and reDesign another way. It’s not my way or their way it’s a 3rd option that expands, inspires and motivates another to understand that “free will” is a choice. This way my clients perceive through a different lens. // Stranger things // Never underestimate what a complete stranger can bring to the table. Leo and I wear blue blockers, no matter what and “double dose” when required, light dependent. We both share similar stories and history and have committed to a “brain led” lifestyle. My glasses had additional parts with light and dark orange. Specificity suits us.
