// The Art of Healing & Family //

If you knew me well, you'd know that I was married to a bare footed yogi 🙏 Namaste with a tOM.We, as a family, walked Perth to Fremantle barefooted and my Mum used to be mortified 😱 Lately, my inner transformational work has had me reMember her - integrative healing.

How we spent our time in meditation, gardening, vegan cooking & yoga practice we had a bath outside for moonbathing 🌖 We ran our own yoga school. Our quality and commitment to life and sacred practices, was sublime 🌺 Our wedding rings had Sanskrit symbols on them and we honoured each other. Candles and incense, ta***ic s*x and family commitments, raising a child with a dog. What went wrong? How did I get so lost?

Recently I researched and read about how and why we as women, get so lost 😭 Yet for now, I know and feel, I have returned home. Home is where my heart is. The hippie in us all never really went away, we raised families and started FB pages because we still have a lot to say. The World needs Healing - Mother Earth 🌏

// M7A Training //

No desire to know more, why? It’s when I believe I know it all, in Al.chemical language, I know nothing.
No longer in the alchemy laboratory of substance prescribing, full time, I decided to learn a new language in the M&A world. 🌏 Deciphering a new language is great for all brains. Especially neurodiverse ones with untold imagination.

The M7A training camp, this one time at band camp. 🥊I am stretched with the numbers and keen to relate more in the industries that “spin my cogs”. Is this what I truly desire? It’s one day at a time with all processes that create new habits. I feel like a fish out of water.

I believe wearing many gloves, just like my hat collection, is worth it. They say, she’s in the class “A” team, stuck in her daydream, been this way since 18yo. I see, I notice, I listen, I learn.Modelling on a different catwalk, camera, lights, action. My LIFE.

Change is the only constant. 🌹

Integration of heart and brain & mind allows inner trust to rely upon each part being a helpful part of the whole system/ team.
Come on, it’s best to stay & play together.

My brain feels like that brains arms at times, utterly exhausted and in pain.
Kind hearts, offerings of encouraging words and emotional support aren’t hidden behind shadow/dark behaviour at all.
Shine on all we crazy gems who have developed under strict, hard and cruel blows to fragile egos and sensitive minds & brains.
Love is the only thing worth defending, protecting and fighting for…
Navigating around the delicacies of special souls is an artful decision.
I love the practice of knowing this and that & some - no matter what.
Why?
Quitters never win and winners never quit.
Keeping on melting into the hearts muscles - feels so good 😊
