Having started her career in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer, Tanya felt the need for a more wholistic approach to health and fitness. She graduated from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies in the late 90’s already having her own Naturopathic Practice in Fremantle, a place well known for it’s healthy lifestyle and residents who rate highly the importance of natural health. She graduated with THE MOST WHOLISTICALLY MINDED STUDENT award from Medicine Tree ~ a South Australian homoeopathic company. Wanting to expand her experience further, Tanya relocated to Sydney in 2002 with her young family, with the intention of bringing her unique style and experience to Sydney-siders. For seven years, Tanya was a director of “Core Energetics Australia P/L” involved in organising the workshops, retreats and trainings. During this time she was involved with her own personal development therapies, which cemented her bodymind connection beliefs. Forever hungry to further her education, whilst Tanya brought up her second baby, she extensively researched mineral supplementation: her belief being that minerals are the foundation to all healthy cellular function and thus increasing the absorption of other supplementation including vitamins, herbs and homoeopathy. Tanya also studied detoxification and anti-aging therapy involving Far InfraRed ( FIR )Sauna treatments.
