Tanya Roesler~Kirby is one of the most sought after integrative consultants in Sydney. With over 40 years of professional experience, Tanya’s commitment to natural practices & skills is infectious. Her passion toward natural health and the belief that the mind and body are intrinsically connected to our health and well being, is reflected in her own healthy life-styled by “T” and commitment to her craft. Having started her career in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer, Tanya felt the need for a more wholistic approach to health and fitness. She graduated from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies in the late 90’s already having her own Naturopathic Practice in Fremantle, a place well known for it’s healthy lifestyle and residents who rate highly the importance of natural health. She graduated with THE MOST WHOLISTICALLY MINDED STUDENT award from Medicine Tree ~ a South Australian homoeopathic company. Wanting to expand her experience further, Tanya relocated to Sydney in 2002 with her young family, with the intention of bringing her unique style and experience to Sydney-siders. For seven years, Tanya was a director of “Core Energetics Australia P/L” involved in organising the workshops, retreats and trainings. During this time she was involved with her own personal development therapies, which cemented her bodymind connection beliefs. Forever hungry to further her education, whilst Tanya brought up her second baby, she extensively researched mineral supplementation: her belief being that minerals are the foundation to all healthy cellular function and thus increasing the absorption of other supplementation including vitamins, herbs and homoeopathy. Tanya also studied detoxification and anti-aging therapy involving Far InfraRed ( FIR )Sauna treatments. Since settling in Manly, she has quickly built up a reputation � in her local and wider community as being the best in the business. Tanya offers an extensive variety of Natural Therapies including:

This will save you many hours of disowned suffering. It’s just like pruning a tree. Stay focused on what’s valued and important: to you. This way seduction and betrayal, persecution complexes and scued thinking stays outside the upper echelons of individual consciousness. Never slay below the fray.
This clear conscience merges an acquired taste for the fine and refined essence of a light & spirited lifestyle, neatly packaged. This will forever hold me hostage to exemplary human behaviour. Know thyself and the food chain. Winning!

As a clinical practitioner (naturopath) one of the problematic arenas in clients lives is the effect on their body of stable ambiguous interpersonal relationships. Nothing to see here.
I am a connoisseur in this realm.
We all affect each other. Mindset, critical thinking and integrating intuition, is an animal instinct well repressed in this society. Socialisation has a lot to answer for. I honour the bravery within anyone to stand and speak of a better world in our children’s future. Know thyself.

This is what peak performance athletes and high achievers desire.

It requires dedication and self discipline to realign with parts of the organism (body) that have been traumatised, shattered, reduced, ignored, denied, forgotten and over~worked. Professional personalised care.

Integrating A.I. in business is fascinating. Hunting business’s for mergers and acquisitions is my focus.

// Choice // The choice to change is a privilege. Some clients are court ordered or mental health assigned to “ask for help”. This position of powerlessness can be walked or you will be dragged. When asking for help became my “go to” I grew to integrate deep complexes of pride and vulnerability.
This is a societal “no, no” in a culture where it’s tough to be cocky, or arrogance is playful ie disguising lack of tolerance and violent intent.

The body is communicating 24/7, if more people listened, there would be more health. The loops I see people stagnate in are more about the mindset carried into their arena. Everything has rules. Healing has a divine order. Bypassing is simply not an option. The body follows the mind. Stinking thinking earned this reputation. Valueing healthy habits that compound for a reason, means change is inevitable. Hope is an insidious word that can not be relied upon strategically. Success leaves clues…

// Creativity // How I survived in small business has been astonishing. I must have serious business in my “Levi” genes. Mums ancestral threads - remembering me opening up our family shop when I was 10 years old. Relating to adults and selling posters, jewellery and incense in 1975.
Connecting with people is a skill that compounds with practice. I kept changing my strategy and implementing ideas that sold, until they didn’t so I change, grow, adapt again. Meeting demand with health industry trends is ecclectic & weird. Thankfully science and facts established credibility. Microscopes et al.

If you knew me well, you'd know that I was married to a bare footed yogi 🙏 Namaste with a tOM.We, as a family, walked Perth to Fremantle barefooted and my Mum used to be mortified 😱 Lately, my inner transformational work has had me reMember her - integrative healing.

How we spent our time in meditation, gardening, vegan cooking & yoga practice we had a bath outside for moonbathing 🌖 We ran our own yoga school. Our quality and commitment to life and sacred practices, was sublime 🌺 Our wedding rings had Sanskrit symbols on them and we honoured each other. Candles and incense, ta***ic s*x and family commitments, raising a child with a dog. What went wrong? How did I get so lost?

Recently I researched and read about how and why we as women, get so lost 😭 Yet for now, I know and feel, I have returned home. Home is where my heart is. The hippie in us all never really went away, we raised families and started FB pages because we still have a lot to say. The World needs Healing - Mother Earth 🌏
