Even with all our responsibilities, we should always make time for fun and playfulness. Being playful is super important for our social, emotional, and physical well-being.
It means finding joy in different situations, staying positive, and spreading happiness to those around us. Being playful allows us to explore the world, enjoy our interactions, and make everything more fun.
So, remember, embracing playfulness will help you stay connected, centered, and full of energy in life!

We’ve started adding a lot more sound immersions into our journeys these past few months, knowing how much our guests enjoy the physical, mental, and emotional benefits, nada Yoga offers our well-being.

When you tune into the soothing sounds, your body releases endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and norepinephrine.

We all have a natural curiosity to understand and grow. It’s completely normal to feel worried about the future or concerned about not being liked, but remember that it’s okay to embrace the unknown and seek knowledge.

So, let’s move towards unity and bliss, because that’s our true nature. Those who are wise stay true to themselves and aren’t shaken by life’s ups and downs.

Just remember, everything has its time - it comes into existence and eventually fades away.

Today is R U OK day. So we must ask our community,
R U OK? 💛

A lot can happen in a year, a month, a week. Whether it’s your friend, family member, colleague, partner, or teammate, the people you care about go through life’s ups and downs every day.

By having regular, meaningful conversations, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.

Our breathwork practice is a daily staple in our lives which keeps us calm and balanced. Our practice also helps us regulate our emotions, and supports our overall well-being, helping us navigate life’s ups and downs.

Any time you are feeling overwhelmed place your hands on heart, close down the eyes, take a deep breath in through the nose, and a long slow exhale out through the nose. Do this for a few minutes. Tune into your hearts radiance, your innocence, your light. Let your breath be your anchor back into wholeness.

We are always here if you ever need a lending ear. We welcome any conversation with arms wide open and a warm smile. We are YOU and you are WE. And this is where we come together in unity.
