💜 Celebrating World Menopause Month💜

To mark the month, Carer Gateway hosted a special event in Glebe, bringing together incredible women and carers for a day of connection, learning, and laughter.

From inspiring talks by Dr Jodie Apps, Julia Dixon, Emma Jenkin, Laura Vanderlouw, and Laura Coetzee, to shared stories, a nourishing lunch, and a calming guided meditation, the room was filled with warmth, support, and celebration.

The message was clear:
✨ You are not alone. You are valued. You are powerful. ✨
