Still taking this in… 🏆💙

Earlier this week, Move 2 Thrive Clinic was named the 2025 Local Business Award winner for Outstanding Health Improvement Services across Mt Druitt–St Marys area.

It was our first time entering. We honestly didn’t expect to win — but we’re so proud and so grateful.

This award belongs to every single person who’s been part of the journey: 🧠 Our incredible EPs, physios, dietitians and support crew 🤝 Every client, support coordinator, case manager and GP who’s trusted us with their care 💙 And a huge shoutout to my wife Iris and our two boys — your love, patience and belief in the mission means everything.

We’re here to lift lives, build trust, and do things differently. This moment is a reminder that it’s working — and we’re only just getting started.

Walking is great — it boosts your mood, supports your heart, and helps keep you moving.
But when it comes to managing type 2 diabetes, it’s not the whole story.

To truly support blood sugar control, your body needs help using insulin more efficiently.
