‼️ YOUR NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ‼️

Kia Ora,
Lately we have had a few of our clients requesting a refund due to change of mind.
As stated on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as our automated responses, all deposits are non refundable.

The basic principle of a non-refundable deposit is to take payment in advance to avoid a future loss if the other party changes its mind. Non-refundable deposits are intended to protect a business in circumstances of sudden cancellation and to compensate the business for the time and effort (also holding a booking slot).

Under special circumstances, deposit may be refunded. You will also be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of paying your deposit.

If you are to book in with us and you happen to cancel your appointment after the 24 hour period, your deposit will not be refunded.
