Aerial sequences, Yin holds, and Reiki-assisted relaxation to help you float into Monday feeling grounded and open.

🫶🏽CLIENT OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER🫶🏽

Our last highlight for 2024 goes to the incredible Martde! She joined us quietly, starting with just a bit of full-body stretching, but look at her now! From mastering mat Pilates then Aerial Pilates to letting go of those arms in aerials, Martde has grown so much, learning all of our shapes with determination and grace.

This absolute machine attends at least two evenings a week, powering through two classes in a row each time. Her dedication and progress are truly inspiring!

Wishing you all the best, Martde—what an amazing achievement to close out the year. Here’s to even more growth and success in 2025! 💪✨

When first joined Stretch Base, he couldn’t sit on the floor with his legs straight or even touch his toes. But with incredible consistency and determination, he has made amazing progress!

Halander’s journey reminds us all that results come at our own pace, and progress looks different for everyone. His hard work inspires our community, showing that with commitment, change is always possible.

💎CLIENT OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER💎

Meet Fotini (Fiona), our September superstar! 🎉 Having joined Stretch Base more than half a year ago, Fotini has made massive strides in her flexibility and mobility. She’s a regular in our full-body and lower-body stretch classes and recently started dipping her toes into mat Pilates and aerial Pilates!

Her progress is undeniable, and we’re so proud of the strength and dedication she brings to every session. 💪✨ Watch this space because I am confident those splits are just around the corner!

Stretch Base has not only helped her flexibility and mobility but also we are on the way to strengthen her entire body. Keep going, Fotini—you’re an inspiration! 💫
