Self-acceptance isn’t loud or flashy — it’s that quiet moment when you look at yourself and finally choose to love who you are, without conditions.

Too often we wait for others to lift us up, to reassure us, to fix what feels crooked inside. But the truth is powerful: you are the one who knows your worth. You are the one who can straighten your own crown.

✨ The Beauty of Dried Flowers ✨

While I was cleaning my lounge, few flowers rested to be cleaned in a vase where they were decorated, while being fresh and blooming. This mere act of cleaning them made me reflect, after which I couldn't simply throw them... sharing my thoughts with you all ...❤️

There’s something quietly profound about dried flowers. Once vibrant and full of life, they’ve danced in the sunlight, held drops of rain, and carried the fragrance of a fleeting moment. Time may have taken away their color and softness, yet—somehow—they’ve become even more beautiful. Their form, their memory, their essence… still whisper stories of what once was.

In a way, we are all a bit like dried flowers. Life changes us—storms weather us, seasons fade, and sometimes we lose parts of our old selves along the way. But that doesn’t mean our beauty fades. The glow of our experiences, the wisdom earned through trials, and the love we’ve given and received remain etched in our being.

ورزش صرف جسم کے لیے اچھی نہیں — بلکہ یہ دماغ کے لیے سب سے مؤثر علاج بھی ثابت ہوسکتی ہے۔

برٹش جرنل آف اسپورٹس میڈیسن میں شائع ہونے والی ایک وسیع تجزیاتی تحقیق سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ جسمانی سرگرمی ڈپریشن، بےچینی، اور ذہنی دباؤ کی علامات کو کم کرنے میں دواؤں یا سائیکو تھراپی کے مقابلے میں 1.5 گنا زیادہ مؤثر ہے۔

تحقیق میں تقریباً 100 میٹا ریویوز، 1,000 سے زائد رینڈمائزڈ کنٹرولڈ ٹرائلز، اور 128,000 سے زیادہ شرکاء کے ڈیٹا کا تجزیہ کیا گیا۔

نتیجہ؟ تقریباً ہر قسم کی ورزش مفید ثابت ہوئی — لیکن مختصر اور زیادہ شدت والی ورزشیں ذہنی صحت کے لیے سب سے زیادہ فائدہ مند پائی گئیں۔

صرف 150 منٹ ہفتہ وار سرگرمی جیسے تیز چہل قدمی، یوگا، یا طاقت بڑھانے والی ورزش ذہنی دباؤ کو نمایاں طور پر کم کر سکتی ہے۔ سائنسدانوں کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ اثرات اینڈورفن کے اخراج، سوزش میں کمی، اور نیوروٹرانسمیٹر کے بہتر کام کی وجہ سے ہوتے ہیں۔
