Fat loss isn’t just about what you eat and these are three of the most common things I see holding people back and they’re often overlooked.
🧩 Protein- Low intake can elevate hunger hormones and reduce satiety. Making fat loss feel harder than it should.
🧩 Sleep - Research shows poor sleep increases hunger and next-day calorie intake. Small shifts here can make a big difference.
🧩 Stress - Chronic stress (and cortisol) is linked to increased fat storage, particularly around the midline.
It’s so much more than just having willpower. Without the right foundations in place it can make everything feel harder than it needs to.
