We invite you to take part in an online research study testing a novel treatment for Fear of cancer recurrence/progression. This study involves completing a series of questionnaires, after which you will be given access to 4 training sessions over 2 weeks. We will then ask you to complete questionnaires at 2 weeks and again at 4 weeks after your initial start date. Your total participation time is estimated to be 2.5 hours.
