In collaboration with the Thermomix® team, we invite you to step into the warmth and beauty of Ramadan, a time of reflection, generosity, and gathering. This special evening brings people together not only to learn authentic Syrian cooking, but to share the meaningful ritual of breaking the fast side by side.
Whether you own a Thermomix® or are simply curious to discover it, everyone is warmly welcome. This experience is open to all — food lovers, home cooks, and anyone who wishes to explore new flavours and cultures. You will see how Thermomix® can support the preparation of authentic Syrian dishes while preserving their tradition and soul.
Ramadan is a sacred and deeply cherished time in Syrian culture. Each evening, families and communities prepare a table filled with care and love, waiting for the moment to gather and break their fast together. Through this experience, you will discover the traditions, flavours, and spirit that make Ramadan so special.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience the full journey of a traditional Syrian Iftar.
This evening follows the true rhythm of a traditional Syrian Ramadan Iftar, where each dish is served with meaning and intention.
