According to Alzheimer's Research Australia , there are 480,000 people currently living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia in Australia.

Vitalis Home Care recipient Cate is one of them. But with the love and support of her husband Jon, and the expert, compassionate care provided by Vitalis, she is able to enjoy quality of life, including outings, exercise, listening to music and just hanging out.

Vitalis has been providing patient-centred, NSQHS-accredited Rehabilitation in the Home services since October 2021, enabling eligible hip- and knee- replacement patients to be cared for at home. In most cases, this treatment is completely funded by private health funds.

We work collaboratively with hospitals, patients and families to provide a seamless clinical and care service designed to deliver the best possible outcomes.
