Meet Rachel, the newest Support Worker joining the Compassionate Care Network team!

Rachel lives in Narre Warren and is a proud mum of two boys. She brings a bubbly, energetic personality and a great sense of humour to everything she does. Rachel is fun, approachable, and passionate about building genuine connections with those she supports.

She describes herself as honest, flexible, and reliable, with strong skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Rachel prides herself on her attention to detail and is always eager to learn new things. Her past roles have helped her develop an adaptable communication style, allowing her to work effectively with a diverse range of people.

When she's not working, you might find Rachel traveling, hitting the gym, cooking, or maybe even trying (and failing 😉) to get something to grow in her garden! She also admits she’s not a fan of spicy food—but still gives it a try every now and then!
