Hello there
I am very joyful to introduce myself to everyone, My name is Rogina, and i am a sole trader/director of ‘I HEAR YOU nursing care services’ and Is currently working as registered nurse in the Emegency Department at Nepean Hospital (NBMLHD health district).
I have worked in the field of nursing for 16 years and started of as a Aged Care/ Disability Nurse for 10 years (respite, High and Low Care, Nursing Home, Cerbral Palsy, bed ridden, stroke, MS). Moving foward in my carer, i have graduted to become a Registered Nurse in the hospital. I have always been passionate about my career, and love working with clients/ patients and learning new skills everyday. I have worked many years with patients/clients with disabilities, elderly, patients with acute/chronic disease, mental health, agressive/ behavoural/ dementia, parkinsons, and have worked with children with mid to severe austism (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, experienced working in peadiatrics and neonates/ neonatal intensive care unit and many more in the health care setting.
I personally have two children who have NDIS funding for ASD and Profound Hearing loss. My children are my inspiration in life and the reason why i have decided to also become a sole trader for participants needing nursing care and support/services to continue living their life as normal.
I Hear You Nursing Care Services is currently a unregistered NDIS provider ( application currently in process For NDIS approval). I myself
Will be working closely with a trustworthy and loyal team to provide(rotational/24hours 7days a week) nursing care services to partipants needing service and disability support in the community and in their own homes such as ADL’s, personal care, help in the home, assist in daily life activities, assistance with travel and transport, assist/ support in activities and group activities/group outtings, carers, cooking and meal prep, medications, cleaning, help at home and hospital in the home care such as ‘pegtube care/feeding, Medication Administration (s8’s, s4d’s, IV/IM/SC medications), home oxygen, catheter care, wound dressing and many more skills.
I would like to welcome participants that would like to connect, needing our services and is happy assist with any enquiries.
We provide services/ support within the western sydney area ( penrith LGA, Blacktown LGA, hawksburry, richmond, paramatta, westmead or even near by area’s of the LGA’s mentioned )
