OPT FOR OMNIVORE |
Omnivore eating, which involves consuming both animal and plant-based foods, is often viewed as advantageous due to its adaptability and potential for complete nutrition. From an evolutionary standpoint, omnivore has allowed humans to thrive AND survive in various environments and climates, as it provides access to a wide range of nutrients, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals necessary for optimal health.
BUT.....
There are time's when omnivore eating won't suit your constitution, especially if gut healing takes place.
