A NEW CHAPTER AWAITS | As Spring comes into fruition, I will be slowly winding down, again, to focus on the arrival of our next bundle of joy.

Becoming a mother to my son has been a rewarding experience. Through him, I have continued my lifelong learning journey, and his inquisitiveness and wonder have created a wonderful and magical family soil for his next sibling to inherit.

The end of September marks the end of client consultations for 2025. If you would like to book in before then, please contact me.

BIOBODY has continued to grow and assist clients who need to rebalance their health.

This is my passion business, which I love, and 2026 will be the year of my first children’s storybook as well!

SOPHIA'S SPORTING & PERSONAL SUCCESS | Sophia
& her beautiful mum walked into my clinic from a referral by her wonderful PT at the time . Sophia's intention was simple: She was a vibrant 16-year-old at the time with some serious elite sporting opportunities on the horizon, but her body needed internal healing, and Sophia wanted to thrive in all areas of her life! Over a 2-year journey together, Sophia's mind, body and spirit were in a completely new place, and today she is not only an elite national athlete, but also a full-time university student, a model and a worker!

Sophia, I am so proud of your dedication to your body. It has been a professional joy guiding you back to health and seeing you thrive! The world is yours!

PERSIMMON POTENTIAL | Persimmon is an interesting fruit, and at times overlooked in regards to adding it to dishes! Recently, we were gifted these organic persimmon's from my mother's neighbour, who we call γιαγιά! I roasted them with fennel and added them to a beautiful balsamic radicchio salad.

Fennel, persimmon and radicchio are a wonderful combination, especially when paired with the right condiments. All are filled with polyphenols, bitter properties and antioxidants, which are wonderful for your inner organs and digestive enzymes as well!

Oh and we paired it with wonderful truffle and provolone sausages!

The base used almond flour, and the topping used mascarpone; however, you could replace this with coconut cream for full AIP. I literally whipped this up in under 30 minutes, and it was fresh and perfect for an afternoon of catching up in the yard.

OPT FOR OMNIVORE |

Omnivore eating, which involves consuming both animal and plant-based foods, is often viewed as advantageous due to its adaptability and potential for complete nutrition. From an evolutionary standpoint, omnivore has allowed humans to thrive AND survive in various environments and climates, as it provides access to a wide range of nutrients, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals necessary for optimal health.

BUT.....

There are time's when omnivore eating won't suit your constitution, especially if gut healing takes place.

THEREFORE....

It is always best to work with a qualified functional nutritionist to unpack what your INDIVIDUAL body needs.

SPRING SALADS | Ah...the weather is finally warming up and what is better than consuming the beautiful spring veggies available to you in a salad? They also pair so well with proteins!

For digestion purposes, I blanch the veggies that can be blanched and I ensure I am always including bitters in my salads such as Radicchio which helps our livers!

This is also topped with for extra nutrients!
