Join our fun and supportive mat Pilates class designed for adults 50+. Improve your mobility, build strength, support rehab, and connect with a friendly new group of like-minded locals. Back by popular demand. The IRB Race Team will be serving up their famous burgers again this Friday night the 9th of May. There is also a MEAT TRAY raffle being drawn on the night. What a great way to end the week. See you there. Bar opens at 4pm
