The ancient Egyptians believed that at the end of life, the most important questions weren’t about status, success or possessions…

They believed the heart would be weighed- not against achievement, but against truth, presence and the way we lived.

Some teachings suggest two simple reflections before death:

✨ Did you find joy?

✨ Did you bring joy?

Not “Did you do enough?”

Not “Were you perfect?”

Just…”How fully did you live, and how gently did you love?”

Burnout isn’t a personal failure.

It’s a nervous system that’s been in survival mode for too long.
