                                            Last week I didn’t love myself, I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. 
The sneaky body dysmorphia I’ve battled for decades was playing tricks on my and I could feel myself spiralling.
BUT I didn’t let it take me down! 
The 1st thing I did was a BODYSCAN - taking time to slow my breathing, bringing awareness to my body and quietening my mind. 
I then did some shaking and dancing to release any stuck EMOTIONS from my body. 
I reflected on my daily routine of late & realised that I hadn’t been doing any of my SELF LOVE rituals. 
I hadn’t being doing anything that brought me JOY! 
A couple of days back in my FLOW, a weekend of pure JOY and I’m back to me. 
Even when things are tough, start with a little joy and for all the other body based tools comment BODY.
