Removal of breast implants & mastopexy – 3-month results.

This patient had breast implants for over 40 years, wearing D-cup bras, but experienced heaviness and sagging that no longer suited her active lifestyle. She had grade 3 ptosis, bilateral waterfall deformity, and submuscular implants, with capsular contracture confirmed on imaging.

She chose to have her implants removed along with a breast lift. Three months post-surgery, she feels lighter and more comfortable. Most importantly, the size (now a B cup) and shape of her lifted breasts complement her active way of life.

Post-bariatric surgery can help address excess skin and tissue after significant weight loss. This patient lost over 75kg and had re**us divarication (abdominal muscle separation) following three pregnancies. They underwent a belt lipectomy, Fleur-de-lys vertical abdominoplasty, and liposuction.

The surgery began with the posterior portion of the belt lipectomy on the back, then continued to the front with the Fleur-de-lys abdominoplasty after turning the patient. Over 6.5 hours, 8.5kg of tissue was removed, including muscle repair, lateral thigh lift, and buttock lift. The patient stayed 7 nights in the hospital and can begin gentle exercises in 3 to 6 weeks.

A mother of two who had breastfed came to Dr Kwei seeking breast rejuvenation. The left breast had more ptosis than the right, and the patient wanted to address volume loss and improve projection while repositioning the breast upward.

Dr Kwei recommended a breast augmentation with a modest volume increase (330cc on each side) combined with a left breast mastopexy to correct the asymmetry and bring both sides into alignment.

Before-and-after sequence of Breast Reduction (BBR). Our lovely patient, burdened by DD/E cup breasts, sought relief from exercise limitations, neck and shoulder strain, bra strap indentations, and seasonal intertrigo.

My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs. I focus on providing relief, restoring comfort, and improving function. It’s about more than just reshaping - I aim to help my patients experience a renewed sense of ease and freedom.
