Before and after: Pre surgery and 6 weeks post surgery.

Prior to surgery, the right breast measured a G cup, while the left breast was an F cup. Currently, both breasts are C/D cup.

The patient, prior to surgery, expressed concerns about neck and upper back pain, which have been successfully alleviated post-surgery. Heavy breasts were causing her bra strap to dig into her shoulders, causing significant shoulder grooving. Additionally, she faced challenges in finding suitable bras and clothing before the surgery.

What are combination procedures?

Combination procedures involve performing more than one surgical procedure in a single operation. For example, body procedures such as an abdominoplasty may be performed alongside a breast lift (mastopexy) when the areas being treated are closely related.

This approach may be considered to address multiple concerns in one surgical plan and to streamline the overall recovery process, rather than undergoing separate operations at different times.

Careful surgical planning is essential. Factors such as procedure timing, overall operative duration, recovery considerations, and patient suitability are all assessed in advance.

Safety is always the priority. A thorough consultation allows for an individualised plan that takes medical history, anatomy, and recovery capacity into account before any decision is made.

Prior to the surgery, our patient often felt quite uncomfortable in T shirts and often avoided activities involving swimming.

Symmetry and balanced appearing breasts achieved post surgery. Our lovely patient reports that she will be looking for new swimwear to prepare for Summer.

If you haven’t made SPF part of your daily routine yet, 2026 is the year to start - it’s the foundation of healthy, resilient skin.

Once that’s in place, you can introduce retinol gradually to support texture and renewal. And if adding serums feels overwhelming, start with Vitamin C: it brightens, protects against environmental damage, and makes a real difference when used consistently.

Prioritising these three essentials - SPF, Vitamin C, and retinol is is a great way to start setting your skin up for a balanced, healthy year.

Removal of breast implants & mastopexy – 3-month results.

This patient had breast implants for over 40 years, wearing D-cup bras, but experienced heaviness and sagging that no longer suited her active lifestyle. She had grade 3 ptosis, bilateral waterfall deformity, and submuscular implants, with capsular contracture confirmed on imaging.

She chose to have her implants removed along with a breast lift. Three months post-surgery, she feels lighter and more comfortable. Most importantly, the size (now a B cup) and shape of her lifted breasts complement her active way of life.

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Swelling, support garments, and movement all play a role in the first 6 weeks after surgery - and how these are managed can influence the recovery process.

This post outlines general timelines and considerations, but individual guidance is always provided based on your procedure and healing progress.

Post-operative instructions are discussed in detail during consultation and follow-up appointments.

Post-bariatric surgery can help address excess skin and tissue after significant weight loss. This patient lost over 75kg and had re**us divarication (abdominal muscle separation) following three pregnancies. They underwent a belt lipectomy, Fleur-de-lys vertical abdominoplasty, and liposuction.

The surgery began with the posterior portion of the belt lipectomy on the back, then continued to the front with the Fleur-de-lys abdominoplasty after turning the patient. Over 6.5 hours, 8.5kg of tissue was removed, including muscle repair, lateral thigh lift, and buttock lift. The patient stayed 7 nights in the hospital and can begin gentle exercises in 3 to 6 weeks.
