Dear friends and yoga students,
I have recently returned from an incredible Ayurvedic journey through India and my heart is still overflowing with gratitude and inspiration π€ππ§ββοΈπ
As you may know, I had the honour of being a delegate from Australia at the International Ayurveda Conclave and the 10-day Ayurveda tour that followed. There were around 150 delegates from 35 countries - an amazing circle of people united by a shared passion for healing and wellbeing.
During these 10 days, we visited about 35 Ayurvedic resorts, clinics, and hospitals!!!. π₯
We travelled across the entire state of Kerala from north to south - through the mountains and down to the ocean.
We witnessed how Ayurvedic hospitals operate, visited the Ayurveda museum, and observed the full process of creating Ayurvedic medicines - from growing the plants, roots, and leaves, to cooking them in large vessels with oils, drying them, storing them, and finally using them for healing.
Of course, I brought back some beautiful and powerful remedies for myself⦠and even more importantly, I brought back knowledge, inspiration, and a deep inner shift.
And I already know - I want to return.
I would love to organise an Ayurveda & Yoga tour to Kerala for those who feel called to experience this transformation.
Perhaps even this June, if a group forms in time - or later dates if needed.
This journey is not only about the body.
It is a profound cleansing and nourishment of the body, mind, and soul.
I feel so full of this goodness, and I truly want to share it with you.
I am also thinking to host a special evening at our studio where I will share stories, knowledge, and experiences about Ayurveda - perhaps combined with celebrating International Womenβs Day on March 8.
If this resonates with you - please message me π§ββοΈππΈ
If you are interested in joining the Ayurveda & Yoga tour with me - I would love to hear from you π€π
