We love a sausage sizzle at Bunnings Warehouse Australia! 🌭 🌭

Thank you to everyone who supported Iyoria - Aboriginal Elders Belonging Estate's fundraising efforts at the Alexandria store on Saturday.

It was a busy day on the BBQ and the team raised $3,000 that will go towards supporting the important and ongoing work of the Iyoria Project.

A big thank you to our volunteers for making the day possible and cooking up a storm.

Iyoria, a world first Aboriginal owned project, is about reconnecting the eldest members of the oldest living civilisation in the world to their lifeblood.

We are excited to share that Marlene Cummins, a proud Guguyelandji and Woppaburra Woman will be performing at the Iyoria Fundraising Luncheon.

A musician, artist, actor, broadcaster and story teller, Marlene is one of Australia’s foremost Indigenous female blues songwriter and performers.

A regular broadcaster on Koori Radio 93.7FM with her renowned blues show, ‘Marloo’s Blues’, Marlene’s life is the story of her people and she tells it through her art, her lyrics, her on-stage performance as both an actress and singer and more recently through documentary film making.
