This week at Luz was all about supporting a great cause: OzHarvest — raising awareness about food waste, sustainability, and supporting communities in need. 💛🌍

We’re also proud to support Sara Nogueira, founder of Luz, who is taking part in the OzHarvest CEO CookOff, joining leaders across the country to cook for a cause and raise vital funds for food rescue. 👏👩‍🍳

Through a series of fun and meaningful activities with our students, we explored how small actions can lead to big change. Check out some snaps from what’s been happening around Luz! 📸✨

🔢 Addition, subtraction, reading clocks, handling money, measuring things, counting steps, understanding schedules — numbers are part of so many everyday tasks in our lives. ⏱️

Learning numbers is an essential life skill for children. Teaching numbers through play, hands-on activities, and real-life experiences helps them become more confident and independent every day. 🌟

This fun circuit is packed with sensory input and helps build important motor skills like balance, coordination, and strength.
Plus, it encourages the students to follow directions, boosting focus and cognitive skills along the way.
